Latossya is a Master’s-level therapist with extensive experience providing individual counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy to adolescents and adults ages 14 and older. Her work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person’s story, culture, and goals are unique.

Latossya utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Therapy with her is collaborative and practical as she will focus not only on understanding what you are experiencing, but also on developing skills you can use in everyday life to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and sustainable change.
She brings years of experience working across outpatient therapy, crisis services, inpatient, and residential treatment settings, supporting individuals and families facing complex mental health and substance use challenges. Her background in crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated care allows me to support clients through both periods of stability and times of acute stress.
