| Freestyle Clinic This clinic is geared toward participants who want to refine their stroke and become more efficient swimmers. The 2 1/2 hour clinic will cover the following Dry land training drills Swimming Drills Whole Stroke Swimming Before and after underwater videotaping Video review and analysis of swim stroke Learn to Swim Clinic This clinic is geared towards teaching Total Immersion basic balance drills and to acclimate beginning swimmers to the water. Basic balance is essential if you want to learn to swim with ease and artistry in the water. This 2 1/2 hour clinic will cover the following; Dry land drills TI Water drills Under water videotaping Video Review and analysis Cost of clinic: $125 per person, minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 10. |
| A 6 week clinic will be available as well for the Freestyle and Learn to Swim Clinics Meeting once a week for 1 hour for 6 weeks. This method gives the participants an opportunity to practice the drills and incorporate them in their practice between each swim session. The price of this workshop is $270.00 per person Dates and times of clinics will be periodically posted to the site. |
